We did not seek this place out, but we were in the area and looking for some brunch-style foods and came across this place. It seemed nice enough and had plenty of availability, so we grabbed a seat. Now, what I appreciated about this place is that though they did not have an omelette on the menu, I requested that they make one, and they did. I like that. It was good enough, though open-faced, which I’m not particularly a fan of, and not well seasoned. But given that they don’t offer it, I can’t really complain.
We also ordered the French Toast made with home-made brioche bread, fresh berries, crème fraich, and a fruit compote. The dish was quite good and overall we considered it a successful stop. Portion sizes could’ve been bigger and the atmosphere isn’t particularly appealing (it’s essentially a long row of tables and not much personality to the place), but it’s a safe bet if you’re looking for something in the area.
