I’ve been to Spunto before (another one of the 5 sister restaurants) and the pizza here is just as delicious as there, but the customer service is really spotty. There were many seats available, but the host was so unbelievably overwhelmed anyway that it took maybe 7 minutes of us just standing there before he could figure something out. Our waitress seemed out of it and complacent as well.
I do like that there is outdoor seating, but there really is not much ambiance. Certainly not inside and even outside, it’s kind of an off area that it’s not bustling much.
I do prefer the location and atmosphere of Spunto more, but I’ll try the Vezzo and Gruppo before I decide my favorite. Pizza is super thin (cracker-like), but somehow the toppings still don’t fall off, which is great.
It’s light, healthy, and tasty.
