Eileen’s Special Cheesecake is a tiny shop that is always crowded. They have a bunch of flavors of cheesecake, all of which are individual, round, mini-cheesecakes. Though individual is even a bit of an exaggeration. You kind of need two per person. Another potential problem with the cheesecake is that it is all crust. If you are not a crust fan and you prefer the cheesecake portion (which a lot of people do), you will have trouble liking the mini cheesecakes. Once you eat the portion with the crust, you have about two bites of plain cheesecake. If you’re down with that, the cheesecake is actually great. Though do avoid getting the Bailey’s cheesecake, go for the strawberry or a fruit one instead.
The chocolate mousse cake (not a cheesecake) is also great. I’m a big fan of it.
Note that they do have a $10 minimum on a credit card, which can be annoying. We ended up buying an extra mini cheesecake because they were absolutely unwilling to charge $7 on the card. But ah well, more cheesecake.
